Playing bingo

You can use the caller without creating an account. A multiplayer room temporarily holds player display names, digital cards, called numbers, and winner information on our server. Other people in your room can see game information. Rooms expire after inactivity and may be lost when the server restarts. Avoid entering sensitive information as your display name.

Website analytics

We collect first-party page views, referral hostnames, general browser and device categories, and aggregate game activity such as games hosted and players joined. Analytics does not store player names, full room URLs, raw IP addresses, or referral query strings. A random first-party visitor cookie lasts up to 30 days to distinguish returning browsers. Server game events use a daily keyed identifier derived from request information; this identifier changes each day. Event history is retained for up to 400 days and is accessible only to the site administrator.

Analytics respects your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. You can also clear the site’s cookies. We do not send analytics events to third-party advertising or analytics services.

Preferences and camera access

Your theme preference is saved in your browser, and the caller board can save its called numbers locally in a cookie. Camera access is requested only when you choose the QR scanner. QR scanning happens on your device. Camera frames and selected QR images are not uploaded to our server. The camera stops when you close the scanner.

QR codes and fonts

Host QR images are generated by api.qrserver.com, which receives the room join URL to encode it. The application fonts are bundled with the site.

Admin access and operational logs

Admin sign-in sends a short-lived, one-time code to the authorized administrator. A secure admin session lasts up to 14 days. Hosting and security logs may temporarily contain request information used to operate and troubleshoot the service; those logs are separate from website analytics.
